I'm a big cliche and love ginormous fluffy bowls of oatmeal topped with nut butters so I was really excited to try out Bakery on Main's gluten-free instant oatmeal. I'm usually an oatmeal on the stove top kinda gal, but many mornings I'm short on time and that just isn't happening. I was lucky enough to have a few boxes of oatmeal sent to me with my recent half marathon training Truebar package!
What first caught my eye was that Bakery on Main oatmeal comes in unique flavors like apple pie, strawberry shortcake, blueberry scone, carrot cake along with the usual maple multigrain and traditional flavors.
I also love that their oatmeal contains a mixture of not only certified gluten-free oats but also quinoa, amaranth, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds. In case you were wondering, the oatmeal is also high fiber, non GMO, and daisy & casein free.
My favorite flavors were the strawberry shortcake and the blueberry scone oatmeals. Both of these flavors contain real freeze-dried fruit bits in them, and what can I say, I'm a sucker for fruit!
As always, I love that Bakery on Main is committed to quality ingredients and a short ingredient list for their products. Here's the facts for the blueberry scone oatmeal, which is pretty comparable to the other flavors:

Since I've been so busy the past few weeks, it's been easy to empty a packet into a bowl, add 2/3 cup of water and microwave for a couple of minutes before topping with nut butter. In less than 10 minutes I have a filling breakfast, and the gluten-free oats keep my tummy happy!
Extra chia seeds, banana, and peanut butter on top! |
You can check out the store locator or order their oatmeal here on their website. I've even spotted their products like their granola & oatmeal at Target and Wegmans!
It is also your lucky day because Bakery on Main offered to giveaway a variety of their oatmeal to my readers! All you have to do is enter via the Rafflecopter below to win a variety of Bakery on Main instant oatmeal! Giveaway ends Friday, April 11th at 12:00 AM EST!
